At The Over 60 Club, the week is always full. Below are the six areas where we focus our energy. Each one is designed to help our members stay connected, stay healthy, and stay engaged with the Stamford community they’ve called home. Everything listed here is free of charge. Always has been. Always will be.

Once you’re registered as a member, you can ride the Norwalk Transit ADA bus at a subsidized rate. Rides go to the Club and around town.
- Rides to the Club for programs, lunch, and socializing
- Medical and dental appointments
- Grocery stores and pharmacies
- Laundromats and other essential errands
Standard fare is $2.80 one-way, or $56 for a 20-ride pass. Through the Club, we ask a suggested voluntary donation of $10 for a 20-ride pass, and rides are provided whether or not you’re able to give.

A full weekly schedule of movement classes led by certified instructors, plus monthly blood pressure screenings.

- Every class is free. Every level is welcome.
Donations are always welcome and help us keep classes going.

A hot lunch is always worth showing up for.
Through the Federal Meals Program and our partners at Catholic Charities, we serve a hot lunch at noon, Monday through Friday, at 628 Main Street.

- No records are kept of who gives or how much
- All collected donations go back to Catholic Charities
